📋 Description

• Facilitate the acquisition and analysis of learning outcomes and program performance data • Aggregate, analyze, and interpret outcome results and recommend continuous-improvement actions • Present learning outcomes reports and evidence of data credibility • Facilitate use of learning and program outcomes data with academic leaders and faculty to improve curriculum, instruction, and program performance • Partner with stakeholders to convert ideas into actionable and measurable projects • Develop and support learning outcomes assessment plans • Support accreditation through assessment and program review cycles and documentation • Develop and implement assessment initiatives across institutional, degree, school, program, and course levels • Apply ethical data practices and present findings according to ethical standards • Develop tools, processes, templates, and training to improve assessment and program evaluation efficiency • Evaluate assessment instruments and practices and make recommendations • Represent assessment and program review expertise on review teams, committees, and workgroups • Consult with teams and partners on standards-based assessment solutions • Monitor trends in student-learning assessment, learning design, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field required • Minimum 2–3 years related work experience in higher education • Proven ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and professionally, verbally and in writing • Ability to establish professional, effective, trusted relationships with stakeholders in a collaborative virtual working environment • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing professional culture and learn quickly under tight deadlines • Strong organization and project/activity management skills • Experience gathering and manipulating data, including creating data visualizations • Willingness to learn data tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel • Understanding of data reporting and capacity in data analysis and research skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Commitment to developing quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills • Working knowledge of distance learning trends in design, delivery, and evaluation • Ability to travel occasionally if needed • Ability to work onsite in a corporate or campus location may be required based on role • Access to a suitable remote work setting, including privacy, reliable internet, phone, and video conferencing, if offsite or hybrid • Ability to meet critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication requirements • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Ability to access information using a computer
