📋 Description

• Provide technical analysis, development, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and production support services for the Infor Application Suite and the Infor upgrade project currently underway. • Providing technical assistance with Infor suite upgrade activities. • Analyzing, planning, designing, developing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting applications associated with the Infor Application Suite. • Reporting to a team lead, providing updates and status, and tracking time against assigned work items. • Adhering to governance, standards, and best practices of the Infor platform and client software delivery processes. • Documenting system design, concepts, facilities, components, interfaces, operational environment, data structures, files, sub-systems, modules, programs, batch and online processes, production monitoring procedures, testing strategy, and related systems information. • Analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures, decision flows, and solution alternatives. • Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving configuration, application, service, integration, and legacy application issues in a timely manner. • Performing break and fix support, regression testing, and supporting inbound and outbound interfaces to various systems and middleware. • Developing test plans and test cases. • Creating, updating, and maintaining procedures, standards, and system documentation for new systems or changes to existing systems. • Providing day support for production issues and providing information and/or workarounds, where applicable, for multiple production support applications. • Creating product backlog items or bugs based on issues found or reported by business units in the agile framework. • Managing production support tickets for applications from intake through implementation, including defects during the project warranty period. • Updating incident and work order tickets assigned by Information Technology (IT) support and creating production support tickets within established processes. • Assisting the Centre of Excellence (COE) quality test team with enquiries or clarifications related to application defects or enhancements being tested in user acceptance testing (UAT). • Providing technical, design, and architectural support to other team members, and leading smaller projects or assisting in coordinating related activities across functional areas, as required. • Providing on-call support after hours, including weekends, if required.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience with the Infor Application Suite. • Demonstrated experience performing technical analysis, development, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and production support for Infor and Lawson applications, including applications related to human resource management and finance systems. • Experience with Infor technologies such as Talent Management, Global HR, Lawson Finance S3, Workforce Management, LBI and Smart Notes, Smart Office, Infor Process Designer, Infor Security Administrator, d/EPM, and COBOL. • Experience supporting upgrade activities, regression testing, break and fix work, UAT clarification, inbound and outbound system interfaces, and production support activities.
