📋 Description

• Provide high-quality instruction using a pre-designed curriculum • Provide competency-based evaluations and timely feedback within 48 hours of assessment submissions, excluding weekends and holidays • Support learners' academic success through phone, email, and courseroom availability • Utilize the online learning platform to enrich the learning experience • Establish high standards and ensure learners understand evaluation criteria • Adhere to University policies and procedures • Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and required training • Participate in other activities based on university needs • Accept assignments on an ongoing rolling-enrollment basis according to expertise and school needs

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Art or a related field, such as Art History or Graphic Design, or 18 graduate hours in a related field • All degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution • Copies of required certificates and licenses and unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees must be attached • Minimum of two years of professional experience in the discipline for undergraduate level • Minimum of three years of professional experience in the discipline for graduate level • Research, scholarship, or achievement in the discipline required for graduate-level teaching • Doctoral-level applicants must have experience conducting and overseeing research in the discipline • Three years of teaching experience preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of academic evaluation • Proficiency in oral presentation skills, planning, and organizing course objectives • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology • Strong computer skills • Ability to manage potentially stressful situations professionally and ethically • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available • Ability to access a computer, maintain privacy, use reliable internet, a phone, and video conferencing at a remote location • Must be able to travel occasionally within the United States if required • Must meet critical-thinking and problem-solving aspects aligned to job duties • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
