📋 Description

• Travel between hospitals based on assigned service requests • Troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues • Build positive relationships with Stryker customers, peers, and internal partners • Document service results to maintain accurate quality records • Explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures • Interpret service bulletins, user manuals, technical manuals, drawings, and related materials • Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies and procedures • Support customers, sales representatives, and internal partners while solving complex problems

🎯 Requirements

• Openness to work with or around bio-hazardous materials and wear provided PPE • Willingness to work overtime and overnight, including weekends, according to customer needs • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and stressful environment • Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks • Strong attention to detail • Ability to present ideas and results logically • Experience with highly sensitive customer interactions and understanding of customer relations • Self-motivated, self-reliant, and able to work with little supervision • Outstanding driving record • Near visual acuity (corrected) and color vision • Mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity • Strong time management and ability to manage multiple functions and daily deadlines • Ability to exert up to 75 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs constantly to move objects • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods • Professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude required by Stryker and customers • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Experience interpreting service bulletins, user manuals, technical manuals, drawings, and similar materials • Excellent teamwork, coordination, and collaboration skills • Minimum of 3 years technical service or equivalent experience preferred • Bio-medical equipment maintenance, repair, and installation experience preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to company software • Ability to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures • Adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies and procedures • Valid driver's license with good driving record • High School Diploma or GED required • University or formal technical training preferred
