📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt-level corporate roles, primarily in Marketing across North America • Manage 10–20+ active requisitions for marketing and corporate roles • Conduct intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management • Conduct structured phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, functional skills, and role alignment • Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Partner with hiring managers and HR to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies • Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines • Communicate with stakeholders about pipeline progress, candidate feedback, and hiring status • Manage candidate and requisition activity in Workday and HiredScore • Track recruiting performance, including requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of work experience • 2+ years of work experience • Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition or role-related experience preferred • Experience recruiting for exempt-level corporate roles, including Upstream Marketing, Downstream Marketing, Medical Education and Sales Training roles preferred • Experience working in medtech, healthcare, or another regulated industry in a mid-sized to large organization (1,000+ employees) or agency supporting enterprise clients preferred • Hands-on experience with Workday ATS (or similar) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Paradox, or HiredScore preferred
