📋 Description

• Assist and support hotel properties and staff in the assigned region • Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments • Lead exceptional guest service and train, develop, and coach team members • Establish high service standards across multiple properties • Hire team members suited to the right positions • Lead, coach, and develop team members in all hotel areas • Model quality assurance best practices and meet or exceed quality assurance visit measurables • Deliver service, cost, labor control, and team engagement measures through hands-on leadership • Handle challenging situations, proactively resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Positive, can-do attitude required • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred • Minimum of one-year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success • Hotel specific experience preferred • Ability to travel up to 75%
