📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end monthly S&OP cycle, including demand planning, supply planning, and alignment on one business forecast • Build and maintain demand forecasts by SKU and channel using promotional activity, subscription trends, and new product launches • Translate demand forecasts into supply and purchasing plans across the co-manufacturing network • Identify capacity constraints before they result in stockouts • Own inventory targets and turns while balancing service levels and working capital • Build reporting for forecast accuracy, inventory health, and supply risk • Partner with Purchasing and Logistics on purchase orders and inbound schedules • Identify and help resolve out-of-stock risks with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Customer Care • Establish documented planning processes and a fixed S&OP cadence • Track and report forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns, and out-of-stock incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP, ideally in a food, CPG, or DTC subscription business • Proven experience building or running an S&OP process • Strong Excel or modeling skills • Experience building forecasts independently • Experience planning across a multi-facility or co-manufacturing network • Ability to navigate capacity constraints and lead times • Ability to work cross-functionally and hold firm on numerical analysis when priorities compete • Track record of identifying risk early and communicating it clearly • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-growing environment • Ability to work remotely in the United States
