📋 Description

• Build and maintain partner enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and activation guides • Manage the operational cadence and logistics of partner programs across partner types • Organize Supabase’s presence at partner and VC-related events, including sourcing and preparing speakers • Plan and run Supabase hackathons end-to-end, including coordination, logistics, sponsorships, judging, prizes, promotion, and follow-through • Coordinate with Partnerships, Startups, GTM, DevRel, Events, and Marketing teams to align activities with pipeline goals • Measure and report program impact through signups, credit redemptions, partner-sourced pipeline, and event outcomes • Identify new enablement and program opportunities and propose initiatives with clear ROI • Build a reusable events menu and enablement playbook • Deliver repeatable events and partner activations with strong attendance and measurable signups • Establish reporting connecting enablement and event activity to partner-sourced pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, event marketing, or partner marketing • Experience ideally in developer tools, startups, or venture ecosystems • Track record of running hackathons, meetups, conferences, or workshops from planning through post-event reporting • Strong project management skills • Experience communicating with technology partners, VCs, accelerators, and community leaders • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to produce polished enablement materials and brief speakers • Metrics-based measurement and reporting experience • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment with high autonomy • Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, with availability for regular in-person events, including occasional evenings and weekends
