📋 Description

• Manage corporate filings and records • Follow up with government agencies and other organizations to obtain documents and approvals • Track legal deadlines, renewals, and obligations across the company • Manage the intake and handling of legal requests • Improve and document legal processes and workflows • Forecast and oversee the legal budget • Review outside counsel invoices • Manage legal vendors and billing • Evaluate, set up, and operate legal technology • Build workflows with AI tools where useful • Support lawyers on matters as needed • Work directly with the General Counsel and legal team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or as a corporate paralegal, at a law firm, in-house, or both • Experience with corporate filings and governmental follow-up • Reliable system for tracking deadlines • Strong organization and ability to manage many things simultaneously • Experience managing vendors, budgets, or billing review • Familiarity with legal technology tools • Interest in using AI to build better workflows • Clear written communication • Good judgment with confidential information • Comfortable building processes in a fast-moving environment • Willingness to figure things out as you go • Experience building with AI tools is a plus
