📋 Description

• Deliver excellent customer care and create sustainable value for customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence • Handle customer service calls, including service requests, billing questions, and energy conservation advice • Handle calls related to power outages and other emergency situations • Use active listening and probing questions to provide resolutions • Educate customers on suppliers and energy choice programs • Support a public utility client and its customers 24/7

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Virginia state resident • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English; testing sent upon application submission • Full-time availability • Full availability to work various shifts • Able to work at least one weekend day • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Driven by solving problems and meeting goals • Familiar with Microsoft Office • Customer service experience with strong multi-tasking skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Must work from within the State of Virginia; may not work while located outside this region • Compliance with work-location requirements may be verified through company systems, sign-in records, security technologies, identity-verification procedures, and webcam verification as required
