📋 Description

• Deploy, maintain, and review enterprise network architecture • Design, engineer, and implement Azure cloud infrastructure and core services • Work with Azure Databricks, ACR, APIM, Kubernetes, SQL, Storage, and CI/CD deployments • Implement infrastructure as code using Bicep, Terraform, and ARM Templates • Apply Azure networking architecture and native Azure core services behind corporate firewalls in a zero-trust environment • Advise strategic direction and provide leadership for infrastructure and application design • Consolidate and standardize infrastructure and applications throughout Sutter Health and its affiliates • Interpret architecture requirements and conduct design, product evaluations, selection, and technology integration • Develop enterprise infrastructure, data management, application technology strategies, standards, and solution architecture • Lead information services systems projects through collaboration, coordination, and implementation across multiple teams • Anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend process or service improvements • Lead complex projects and develop project execution strategies • Solve unique, broad-impact business problems and influence program, project, or service direction

🎯 Requirements

• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience • 12 years of recent experience • Mastery of GitHub Enterprise or Azure DevOps for version control • Mastery of Terraform or Bicep for infrastructure as code (IaC) • Experience in Azure architecture, engineering, implementation, and support • Expert-level skills in Azure Networking, Azure Kubernetes, and Azure Databricks • Working knowledge and experience with GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, PowerShell/Bash, Bicep, and ARM Templates • Advanced knowledge of enterprise strategic architecture framework plans • Advanced knowledge of engineering, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of server and storage platforms • Expert knowledge of visualization technologies • Ability to prioritize assignments and complete work in a timely manner • Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures • Ability to establish cooperative working relationships across Sutter Health and with external organizations • Verbal and writing skills to communicate effectively with executives, managers, and subject matter experts • Skill in developing technical and user-level documentation • In-depth and/or broad expertise in own job family and broad knowledge of other job families • Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend improvements • Ability to lead projects with notable risk and complexity • Ability to solve unique problems through conceptual and innovative thinking • Ability to influence program, project, or service direction and resource allocation • Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, and persuade senior-level stakeholders
