📋 Description

• Reason deeply about system architecture and make decisions agents cannot • Review implementation plans rather than code • Identify architectural coupling, risks, and violated subsystem contracts • Direct agents through multi-commit refactoring and require verification after each commit • Own a domain end to end, including code, design documentation, skill references, and user-facing behavior • Triage issues and decide whether proposed fixes align with product direction • Direct agents to implement approved work and review their output • Capture architectural conventions and improve agent skill documentation • Work across the core CLI, extensions ecosystem, and acceptance test suite • Understand real user scenarios and adversarial edge cases before releases

🎯 Requirements

• Software architecture fluency • Ability to reason about architectural trade-offs and subsystem contracts • Systems thinking and understanding of constraints, invariants, and abstractions • Production experience running systems and responding to incidents • Ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly • Product judgment, including evaluating and declining feature requests appropriately • AI fluency: decomposing work for agents, critically reviewing output, and building conventions for agents • Must be online from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time • Submit a resume or LinkedIn profile and a note about a system built, a hard decision made, and what would be done differently • Interview includes working through a real issue from the tracker with the codebase
