📋 Description

• Participate in product discussions, planning, and technical design. • Build and evolve integration flows between admin and client-facing applications. • Refactor legacy code and improve architecture incrementally. • Review pull/merge requests and mentor where helpful. • Contribute to shared UI/core libraries used across portal and ECOM apps. • Drive the evolution of our public UI component library across client-facing channels. • Use AI tools effectively - write good prompts, build skills/agents/automations, and keep humans in the loop on quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of frontend experience in a product company. • Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals. • Comfortable with React Context and async data layers (TanStack Query or similar). • Good grasp of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and hydration concepts. • Solid testing habits (unit + E2E). • Engineering mindset — pragmatic trade-offs, attention to performance, accessibility, and DX. • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalents) and a thoughtful approach to where they help vs. where they need oversight. • Bonus: experience writing custom agents/skills/MCP integrations, OpenAPI-driven codegen, observability tooling, or working in a large legacy codebase under refactor.

🏖️ Benefits

• 100% remote – We’re a remote-first company, no offices needed! • Flexible working hours – Core team time: 09:00-15:00 GMT (flexible per team) • 20 paid vacation days per year • 12 holidays per year • 3 sick leave days • Medical insurance after probation • Equipment reimbursement (laptops, monitors, etc.)
