📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email or in person • Support Team Sales Representatives with product recommendations, quotes and order processing for all brands offered on SwimOutlet.com • Communicate effectively with team accounts and co-workers • Keep detailed notes of all interactions with team accounts • Build strong customer relationships with new and existing team accounts in partnership with Team Sales Representatives and Team Division staff • Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails • Solve problems and recommend solutions that meet or exceed team customers’ expectations • Provide accurate product and order information • Maintain high energy and a positive attitude with customers, co-workers and vendors • Consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly service goals while supporting Team Sales Representatives in achieving Team Division sales goals • Perform other duties as assigned • Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team • Follow all applicable regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of customer service experience, ideally in ecommerce support • Experience working with B2B customers • Inside or outside sales experience • Working knowledge of aquatic sports, including water polo, swimming and diving (bonus points) • Background in aquatics as an athlete, coach or associate (bonus points) • Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce CRM (bonus points) • Remote work experience (bonus points)
