📋 Description

• Deliver technology and business solutions to clients across Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities • Analyze client business processes and system requirements to design appropriate solutions • Apply industry best practices to solution design and implementation • Configure and adapt technology solutions to meet client-specific needs • Ensure delivered solutions align with functional and technical requirements • Conduct detailed requirements analysis with client stakeholders • Perform data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities • Create analytical reports to support decision-making and solution validation • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications • Validate data and requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Assist with customization and configuration of technology solutions • Support system setup, testing, and validation activities • Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementation • Ensure accuracy and completeness of configured solution components • Resolve configuration issues identified during testing and client review • Work with other consultants on customer sites as part of small to large project teams • Report to the Omaha, Nebraska office

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related analytical or technical field • 3 years of experience in data migration, data governance, or related data-focused roles, or any occupation in which the experience was gained • Three years of experience participating as a team member on consulting or technology implementation projects • Experience participating in at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, including writing SQL queries, understanding table structures, and working with relational database concepts • Experience performing data quality analysis • Experience conducting statistical analysis using defined methodologies or tools • Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data • Experience performing requirements analysis • Experience performing data analysis for business or technology projects • Experience creating data or analytic reports using structured datasets • Experience supporting the customization or configuration of technology solutions
