📋 Description

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy • Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD • Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions • Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals • Make independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards • Set schedule and weekly availability within operational guidelines • Practice independently with accessible clinical leadership for consultation and support • Coordinate with psychiatrists through an in-house referral network • Focus on patient care while operational teams handle scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed therapist: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent • Active, unrestricted license • Two or more independent and active state licenses, except for CA, NY, and MA • Ability to practice independently without supervision • Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making • Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment • Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings (highly desired) • Experience with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care (highly desired) • Not seeking supervision toward licensure • Not seeking to build a fully self-directed 1099/private practice • Ability to work as part of the Talkiatry team
