📋 Description

• Lead software engineering teams through feature development, technical troubleshooting, and product releases. • Plan large tasks and delegate work effectively. • Review pull requests and maintain high code quality and adherence to guidelines. • Deliver complex, production-ready features to QA while minimizing bugs. • Collaborate to resolve technical roadblocks. • Apply expertise in backend, frontend, or DevOps coding. • Promote transparency, maintain a high code contribution rate, address bugs, and open improvement tickets. • Mentor junior engineers and assist with hiring and training technical personnel. • Oversee system updates, monitor system health, and keep applications up to date. • Take end-to-end responsibility for production readiness and identify code risks. • Advocate for and enforce QA practices. • Liaise among engineering, management, product, business teams, and stakeholders. • Communicate technical decisions through design documents, discussions, and documentation. • Provide mentorship through pairing, feedback, and regular 1:1 meetings. • Identify and communicate project risks and requirements issues. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math. • 6+ years of professional experience working in both React and Node.js. • 5+ years of professional experience in software development. • 3+ years of experience supporting teams or collaborating with subject matter experts, with a focus on contributing to team success and learning from leadership. • Strong technical expertise and understanding of industry trends, with the ability to provide insights and assistance to the team when needed.
