📋 Description

• Adapt and localize training materials, knowledge bases, and operational playbooks for international markets • Audit US-based training materials, IKBs, and playbooks • Balance content reuse with redesign to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy for local road infrastructure, signage, and driving behaviors • Partner with geo-specific Master Driving Instructors to align procedures and training scenarios with local highway codes, traffic laws, and safety mandates • Translate expert feedback and redlines into actionable updates within content management systems • Serve as the bridge between global product teams, U.S.-based operations, and local in-country experts • Facilitate accelerated review and approval cycles • Develop localized assessments targeting region-specific road risks • Optimize learning tools for local language, iconography, and usability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Learning Experience Design, Technical Writing, or Localization/Translation QA • Experience preferably within a highly regulated or technical field such as AV, Automotive, or Logistics • Ability to manage multiple content streams, meet aggressive launch timelines, and adapt to changing regulatory requirements • Elite editorial skills and ability to refine documentation for linguistic clarity and technical accuracy • Excellent interpersonal skills for bridging operational gaps between global teams and local stakeholders • Proficiency with collaborative editing platforms, Google Workspace, and content management systems • Preferred: understanding of the regulatory landscape for the target region, such as EU road safety standards • Preferred: experience in a high-growth startup environment supporting international market entry • Preferred: familiarity with translation workflows and bilingual documentation lifecycles
