📋 Description

• Analyze current business processes and procedures to identify process improvement opportunities and increase operational efficiency • Partner with supported business lines and provide business-line project support • Develop and maintain metrics and service-level reporting • Document processes and controls • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned units, functions, and processes • Define, design, and support process improvement initiatives across multifunctional areas • Partner with IT, Ops Innovation and Excellence, Risk Management, and other teams to deliver process improvements • Identify process risks and potential failures and recommend controls • Manage technology change control processes as needed • Work on and occasionally lead special projects • Manage 3–6 medium- to high-complexity processes • Gather, prioritize, and explain user requirements for projects, process improvements, and systems development • Consult on business and operational processes and provide recommendations • Coordinate with business teams, external service providers, and other bank areas on high-risk or high-impact projects • Use project management software and templates to prepare documentation, track and report information, and maintain databases • Prepare project documentation, reports, change requests, presentations, invoices, correspondence, tables, charts, and files • Identify, own, assist with, or escalate issues • Execute assigned deliverables and keep leaders and team members informed of project status • Lead and manage direct reports through coaching and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 7+ years of bank operations experience • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Suite software • Aptitude and training in Lean, Six Sigma, and AOM, with a goal of obtaining certification and expertise • Research, analysis, problem-solving, metrics, and reporting skills • Ability to identify process gaps and weaknesses • Strong interpersonal and influence skills to enable change without direct control • Ability to prepare and present findings and recommendations methodically • Time-management skills and ability to drive tasks to completion • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Leadership skills • Ability to consult on the largest and most complex projects
