📋 Description

• Provide ongoing Commercial Customer service documentation and support to the Community Capital Group on assigned accounts • Provide professional and efficient service to external and internal Customers • Analyze transaction structures and provide Customer service functions • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers • Assist Relationship Managers in closing loans, clearing closing conditions, preparing closing packages, and organizing loan closing packages • Upload and track financial statements • Process payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and line of credit adjustments • Support Relationship Teams with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, correspondence preparation and tracking in loan information • Support Relationship Managers with pipeline, loan closing, and other reporting in the Bank loan origination platform • Prepare correspondence and provide administrative support • Act as an initial Customer service contact and research customer requests and transactions • Interact with external Customers as needed • Provide notary services as needed • Assist the Relationship Team with clearing and managing exceptions • Mentor Commercial Sales Associates • Assist with developing and recommending procedures and process flows • Generate and distribute daily, monthly, pipeline, and loan-closing reports

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience • 2+ years related experience required • Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, credit policy, loan documentation and administration requirements, and legal and regulatory guidelines • Strong knowledge of commercial lending policy and procedures, including lending authority, loan structures, risk ratings, and loan-to-value ratio • Strong knowledge of commercial rate changes, billing processes, transaction histories, late fees, and loan system details • Strong Customer service skills • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to review large amounts of detailed documents for accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • PC skills required, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of Relationship Team systems and software • Ability to multitask and learn new tasks and systems quickly • Occasional domestic travel; no international travel
