📋 Description

• Support the full employee lifecycle for domestic and international employees • Maintain accurate data in HRIS (UKG) • Manage and support onboarding through offboarding for domestic and international employees • Serve as a point of contact regarding country-specific policies, benefits, holidays, and employment practices • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including recordkeeping, audits, and reporting • Partner with legal counsel and global employment vendors on compliant employment structures, contracts, and practices • Support internal and external audits related to employment, payroll, benefits, and data privacy, including I-9, E-Verify, and GDPR • Research, create, and implement policies, handbook updates, and employee communications • Create, maintain, and analyze job descriptions and support compensation analysis • Manage employee relations and ensure policy compliance with government regulations • Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Embedded Program teams • Support managers with performance management plans, goal setting, appraisals, and career development planning • Coordinate and support employee training programs • Research, create, and implement HR projects and employee initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field • Demonstrated ability in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Business Administration • 5+ years of HR-related experience, including employee onboarding • Proven ability to be highly organized and prioritize work under pressure to meet deadlines • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality • Experience with HRIS software • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly master new software applications as needed • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite Products • Remote candidates must be located across the United States and work core West Coast business hours (Pacific Time zone) • PHR or SHRM certification (preferred) • Experience within Greenhouse, UKG (preferred) • Prior experience with international labor laws, onboarding, and/or employee relations (preferred)
