📋 Description

• Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their unique classroom needs • Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development supporting successful IXL implementation • Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions at schools and districts, with up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% during the remainder of the year • Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless and engaging event experiences • Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL • Partner with customer success and sales team members to manage and grow customer relationships • Support educators across grade levels, subjects, and districts in implementing IXL and improving classroom instruction • Facilitate virtual and in-person professional development • Deliver national webinars

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree • Must have 5+ years teaching experience in a K-12 setting • Department- or school-level leadership background a plus • Educational professional development experience strongly preferred • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Experience using Google Apps and Zoom • Must live close to a major airport • Candidates must be located in the Midwest region of the United States, preferably in the Chicago, IL, metro area
