📋 Description

• Support team operations and progress against strategic priorities by providing capacity across Finance, especially Procurement, Planning and Analysis, Grants Management, and Financial Systems • Maintain ownership of evergreen operational tasks, including Workday and Adaptive system user access and quarterly data analysis • Support the SMD, Real Estate Strategy & Finance Operations, with documentation, knowledge management, workflow optimization, process improvement, and other operational priorities • Provide added capacity for time-bound special projects, peak periods, vacancies, and leaves across Finance functions • Provide technical and data-entry assistance during budgeting • Support travel and expense management during periods of high organizational travel • Provide grants documentation support • Update training and resources for partner teams • Participate in monthly Finance meetings, team-building activities, and professional development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience in business operations, finance, strategy, project management, data analysis, or a similar function • Proven track record of operating successfully across lines of difference • Strong financial and data analysis skills • Proficiency with Excel • Experience with financial management software such as Workday and Adaptive Planning • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple diverse projects and workstreams • Ability to develop strong relationships with peers and leaders throughout the organization • Ability to partner across teams regardless of formal reporting relationships • Ability to manage laterally and upwards to drive outcomes • Comfortable moving between strategic and tactical work • Willingness to work occasional weekend or evening hours during peak seasons • Ability to travel to in-person gatherings up to 1–2 times per year • Preferred: financial planning, grants management, procurement, and/or financial systems experience • Preferred: experience conducting high-stakes financial analysis
