📋 Description

• Serve as the technical authority and customer technical point of contact throughout pre-sales • Support sales on deals and collaborate with field technical leads on scoping and delivery • Define technical evidence and narrative for customer-facing materials • Scope environments, topology, access models, exclusions, success criteria, and known risks • Execute evaluations, including access setup, kickoff preparation, monitoring, checkpoints, and readout content • Provide Tier 1 support during live evaluations and route unresolved issues • Handle enterprise security reviews, architecture reviews, privacy and data-handling questions, and deployment-model requirements • Deliver technical demos and methodology sessions • Design and build demo environments, seeded scenarios, playbooks, scripts, recorded demos, and persona talk tracks • Coordinate handoff with GTM and Product and provide product roadmap feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Offensive security background: pentester, red teamer, security researcher, or applicable solutions experience • Understanding of how an attacker thinks and ability to convey it to executives and technical teams • Hands-on experience leading enterprise evaluations or technical POVs • Strong presentation skills and ability to win methodology arguments with customer security staff • Clear technical writing skills for narratives and questionnaire answers • Comfort working with a fast-moving product • Independent problem-solving ability • Ability to solve issues and write code
