• Manage the CEO's calendar, agenda, and daily priorities • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings • Prepare daily and weekly agendas to keep the CEO on track • Track action items and follow up with internal team members to ensure tasks are completed • Help ensure KPIs, goals, and processes are being monitored and followed • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO, leadership team, and external service providers • Manage communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretion
• 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or business owners • Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken • Strong organization and time management skills • Excellent follow-up and attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication in both languages • Comfortable working with KPIs, trackers, and basic reporting • High level of discretion and confidentiality • Experience with Microsoft 365 or Teams (Good to Haves) • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or similar) (Good to Haves)
