📋 Description

• Develop plumbing BIM models and construction documentation, including permit, shop, and construction drawings. • Ensure compliance with project standards and applicable plumbing codes. • Maintain organized BIM documentation and project files. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams throughout all project phases.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Plumbing Engineering or a related field. • 5-8 years of experience in plumbing, drafting, and design. • Advanced proficiency in Revit Plumbing (mandatory) including domestic water, sanitary, vent, storm drainage, and gas piping systems. • Fluency in written and spoken English.
