âą Serve as a key leader driving sales execution, revenue growth, operational excellence, performance improvement, and leadership effectiveness across the field organization âą Provide operational and day-to-day management for the Field Performance and Improvement Program âą Directly oversee a team of field performance leaders âą Lead center selection, performance monitoring, intervention planning, and graduation criteria âą Develop and execute initiatives to improve sales, operational, financial, and patient experience metrics âą Partner with Regional Business Directors, center leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement targeted improvement strategies âą Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements to methodology, performance targets, and accountability structures âą Analyze performance data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring additional support âą Build and execute tailored action plans to accelerate business performance âą Maintain performance benchmarks, monitoring mechanisms, and success metrics âą Ensure sustainable performance gains through coaching, follow-up, and accountability processes âą Onboard, train, coach, mentor, and develop Regional Business Directors and emerging field leaders âą Develop tools, resources, best practices, leadership training, and performance management programs âą Support implementation and day-to-day execution of new performance strategies âą Create processes and employ change management tactics that drive initiative adoption and execution âą Monitor performance, identify barriers, coordinate cross-functional solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making
âą Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a closely related field (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Health Sciences) âą 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, field leadership, business performance, or operational excellence roles âą 5+ years of experience leading performance improvement initiatives across multiple locations or regions âą Demonstrated success driving operational and financial results through coaching and leadership development âą Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills âą Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence skills âą Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment âą Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%, as needed) âą Experience in healthcare, dental, medical services, or other multi-unit service organizations âą Experience developing leadership training programs and succession planning initiatives âą Knowledge of performance management systems, operational metrics, and business analytics âą Effectively leverages AI agents âą Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Collaboration Tools
