📋 Description

• Lead adoption and usage of advanced AI technologies across technology operations to improve internal efficiency and business outcomes • Identify technology operations trends and AI advancements and incorporate creative solutions to increase efficiency and throughput • Provide leadership, vision, and strategy for automation, stability, and availability across cloud and on-premise infrastructure • Drive innovation across security, data privacy, data operations, development operations, and infrastructure • Define the technology operations strategy and roadmap for scalability, growth capacity, quality of service, performance, reliability, and business continuity • Define requirements for new technology implementations and communicate them to business stakeholders • Partner with senior business leaders to realize measurable outcomes • Drive security, data, infrastructure, and technology operations initiatives and projects • Assess and communicate risks associated with technology investments and purchases • Align technology operations vision with business strategy to support growth • Develop business-case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology operations spending and initiatives • Develop and implement the people, processes, and technologies needed to meet customer demands • Define, maintain, and present executive metrics covering security, data, infrastructure health, risks, productivity, and operational health • Define, measure, and improve technology standards across the organization • Provide technical due diligence and assessments for potential acquisitions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or engineering, or equivalent experience • 15 years of experience managing technology operations across development operations, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity • Extensive knowledge and direct experience with AI tools and methodologies for improving operational efficiency • Strong technical background across heterogeneous on-premise, hosted, and cloud hardware and software environments • Experience with operational technologies for deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of large-scale SaaS platforms • Experience with hosting operations and cloud migrations using AWS, Azure, and GCP • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts • Strong executive communication skills for explaining technical details and strategy to non-technical leadership • Demonstrated success leading modernization and transformation initiatives across data and infrastructure environments • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity methodologies and practices • Demonstrated success leading large, diverse global teams • Effective people leadership and talent attraction and retention • Expert knowledge of networks, operating systems, databases, application servers, and web servers • Technical experience with systems networking, databases, infrastructure, and user support • Experience defining standardized operating procedures and services across operational disciplines • Experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development • Experience with business processes, management, and budgeting • Strong understanding of project management principles • Proven experience in planning, organization, and development • Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems • Experience with acquisition due diligence and integrations
