📋 Description

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to understand hiring needs for each position • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across the contact center portfolio, including finding, hiring, processing, and onboarding talent • Execute recruiting tasks with urgency while meeting turnaround times and service-level expectations • Screen resumes and interview candidates by phone, pre-recorded video, and/or in person • Administer assessments and conduct reference checks • Make recommendations for hire or no hire • Follow up with candidates and Hiring Managers regarding interview process status • Manage and report on candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System • Analyze pipeline health and make recommendations when changes are required • Draft and deliver employment offers for exempt and non-exempt positions • Manage the security process for contingent hires, guide candidates, answer questions, and verify document accuracy • Meet competitive hiring goals and independently operate new systems, tools, and workflows • Develop job descriptions • Build and maintain relationships with active and passive talent • Design, refine, and implement recruiting strategies with recruiting team members and senior managers • Use job boards, social networks, online resources, and other platforms to source talent • Create and publish job descriptions and announcements • Communicate employment information, including benefits, compensation, and non-competition agreements • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations • Upload, track, and maintain documentation in ATS, HRIS, and security systems, ensuring labeling, version control, and audit readiness • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS + 5 years of experience in recruiting required • Experience in federal contracting recruiting highly desired • Working knowledge of the recruiting life cycle • Experience working in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills • Experience handling multiple positions/portfolios • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet searches • Working knowledge of using an Applicant Tracking System • Experience working with job board databases to find qualified candidates, HR software, databases, and management systems • Proven experience conducting various types of interview • Experience working or supporting a federal government contracting company • Experience ensuring position descriptions are posted to all state/diversity job boards • Experience recruiting for Service Contract Act (SCA) covered positions • Experience building professional networks to identify qualified passive candidates • Working knowledge of SCA wage determinations, labor categories, and compliance considerations • Familiarity with government contract staffing requirements, including clearance requirements, onboarding timelines, and flow-down obligations
