📋 Description

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and branded experiences • Coordinate registration, attendee tracking, venue requirements, presentation support, event materials, and post-event follow-up • Support vendors for exhibit setup, shipping, equipment, catering, and on-site operations • Manage event timelines, checklists, and project plans to keep deliverables on schedule • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Operations • Assist with event-related communications and materials • Provide on-site setup, issue resolution, and partner/vendor coordination • Track event performance metrics, attendee feedback, and post-event evaluations • Research and evaluate event locations, venues, and service providers

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, field marketing, or related roles • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field • Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or corporate events preferred • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with event registration tools, project management tools, and Microsoft Office or similar business applications • Willingness to travel and provide on-site event support as needed • United States work authorization is addressed in the application form
