📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer calls and chat inquiries in both English and Spanish • Assist customers with account creation, password resets, and document uploads • Answer general questions and help customers manage their accounts • Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare plan options • Accurately document customer interactions and input data into internal systems • Troubleshoot basic issues and provide timely resolutions • Follow defined policies and procedures in a regulated environment • Complete required training, testing, and certifications • Maintain flexibility as processes and programs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) • Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems • Comfortable handling high call volumes and multitasking • Ability to provide professional, helpful customer support • Experience in healthcare or insurance is nice to have • Background in retail or food service with strong customer-facing experience is nice to have • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is nice to have • Quiet, professional workspace required • Open availability between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM local time • Completion of required training, testing, and certifications
