📋 Description

• Deliver the highest level of customer service experience • Answer customer calls • Reset passwords and assist with account creation • Upload documents and reply to online chat inquiries • Help customers manage their accounts • Verify eligibility for coverages and review healthcare options • Problem solve and find creative solutions to consumer problems • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems in a timely manner • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications • Input customer information into a database and various administrative duties assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish • Customer service skills • Call center experience • Inbound call handling • Knowledge of health care and insurance
