📋 Description

• Deliver the highest level of customer service experience • Answer customer calls and inbound call inquiries • Reset passwords and assist with creating accounts • Upload documents • Answer general questions • Engage with customers over the phone and respond to online chat inquiries • Help customers manage their accounts • Verify eligibility for coverages and review healthcare options • Troubleshoot, diagnose, assess, and resolve customer problems in a timely manner • Find creative solutions to consumer problems • Maintain expertise in the company, products, and policies • Adapt to changing project and program updates • Demonstrate corporate values consistently • Adhere to regulated communication guidelines across all channels • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies • Input customer information into a database • Perform various administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service and call center experience preferred; professional retail/food service background accepted • High-level, recent food service/retail background required • Recent work history with no large gaps in tenure or recent history • Ability to troubleshoot equipment while working from home • Internet Familiarization Assessment required • Ability to understand workflow processes • Ability to provide well-rounded responses to specific questions • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures • Productivity, professionalism, and helpfulness • Extensive self-study, training, and testing required • Must pass required exams to proceed through training and certifications • Adherence to regulated communication guidelines • Microsoft Office knowledge • Cannot live in Washington, Washington DC, California, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii
