📋 Description

• Walk consumers through how to create accounts and enroll in benefits • Reset passwords • Upload documents while answering calls from consumers • Update billing and payment preferences • Complete six months of contract work with potential for extension

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work 40 hours per week • Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30AM EST-5:00PM EST during training • Availability for an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday anytime between 7:45am-10:00pm during production • Ability to work from home in Jackson, Mississippi, USA • Ability to walk consumers through account creation and benefits enrollment • Ability to reset passwords • Ability to upload documents while answering consumer calls • Ability to update billing and payment preferences
