📋 Description

• Walk consumers through creating accounts and enrolling in benefits • Reset consumer passwords • Upload documents while answering consumer calls • Update billing and payment preferences

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work 40 hours per week • Monday-Friday 8:30AM EST-5:00PM EST during training • Monday-Friday schedule with an 8-hour shift between 7:45am-10:00pm during production • Ability to work from home • Ability to walk consumers through account creation and benefits enrollment • Ability to reset passwords • Ability to upload documents while answering consumer calls • Ability to update billing and payment preferences
