📋 Description

• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, shipments, returns, refunds, and warranties • Deliver professional and friendly service through inbound phone calls • Help customers navigate online systems and websites • Provide product information and general support • Resolve customer concerns while creating positive experiences • Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media • Document customer interactions accurately • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every conversation • Complete virtual orientation, instructor-led training, learning modules, and on-the-job training • Participate in ongoing coaching and development throughout the assignment

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience assisting customers and resolving concerns • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day • Ability to multitask between computer systems while communicating with customers • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other office applications • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace • Positive and professional attitude • Customer-focused mindset • Strong attention to detail • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly • Dependable and adaptable • Must reside in Arizona, Colorado, or Texas • Availability Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM • Peak-season availability Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM • Sunday availability required starting November 15
