📋 Description

• Evaluate CWCOT claims for accuracy before submitting them to HUD • Review government claims and related documents for compliance and completeness • File claims according to HUD and client guidelines and procedures • Identify losses and conduct research • Gather information from relevant sources • Enter and process data using computer systems • Maintain information in written or electronic form • Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining files and processing paperwork • Determine whether claims comply with laws, regulations, or standards • Comply with federal, state, company policies, procedures, and regulations • Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with clients and employees • Process or perform quality control reviews of supplemental claims • Serve as point of contact for processors, answering claims-related questions • Manage and review quality control corrections • Liaise between processing and quality control • Prepare for HUD audits • Complete projects assigned by management • Provide information to supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates by telephone, written communication, and/or in person

🎯 Requirements

• FHA Default Claims Quality Control experience or knowledge • Knowledge of CWCOT, Government Claims, quality assurance, and risk management • Experience with MSP, Black Knight, and Loansphere • Ability to meet specific goals, prioritize, organize, and accomplish work • Ability to accept criticism and feedback • Ability to effectively manage high-stress situations • Ability to accept change and considerable variety in the workplace • Ability to communicate professionally with other departments • Ability to work well in a diverse environment • Ability to work in a team-driven environment • Ability to handle high volumes of work while maintaining quality
