📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate a large portfolio of vendor contracts, maintenance agreements, renewals, and licensing arrangements • Oversee vendor relationships across hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications services • Review, reconcile, and validate telecom invoices, maintenance renewals, and technology-related expenditures • Maintain accurate vendor accounts, contracts, assets, and billing records • Support contract renewals, procurement activities, and service changes with internal stakeholders • Track and manage infrastructure assets including networking equipment, routers, switches, circuits, and supporting technologies • Liaise between internal technology teams and external vendors regarding contract terms, service delivery, billing disputes, and renewals • Support data center consolidation and technology modernization initiatives • Analyze vendor spend and identify operational efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities • Assist with purchase requests, software licensing reviews, hardware maintenance agreements, and procurement workflows • Monitor service agreements and vendor performance metrics • Prepare reports on contract status, renewals, telecom expenses, and vendor activity • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Telecom Billing, Contract Administration, Technology Asset Management, or related disciplines • Experience managing technology vendors, service providers, or telecommunications carriers • Understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments, including networking, data centers, hardware, and supporting software platforms • Experience handling contract renewals, maintenance agreements, software licensing, or technology procurement activities • Strong analytical and financial skills with experience reviewing invoices, contracts, and vendor spend • Ability to manage multiple priorities and large volumes of contracts simultaneously • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong Microsoft Excel experience • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise Infrastructure, Network, Data Center, or Telecommunications organizations • Preferred: exposure to technology vendors and carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Cisco, Dell, HPE, VMware, Microsoft, or similar providers • Preferred: experience working with ServiceNow • Preferred: experience using SAP Ariba or other procurement platforms • Preferred: knowledge of telecom expense management, asset management, and vendor governance processes • Preferred: experience supporting large-scale contract portfolios and enterprise technology spend
