📋 Description

• Lead delivery of complex, multi-year infrastructure initiatives, including cloud transformation, data center strategy, network modernization, and platform engineering • Orchestrate execution across engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders • Align strategy, funding, workforce capacity, and delivery timelines • Partner with engineers and architects on solution direction, trade-offs, and delivery feasibility • Ensure programs align with long-term architecture and platform strategy • Establish engineering-aligned program management frameworks • Implement scalable dependency management, risk identification and mitigation, delivery tracking, and transparency practices • Embed a product and platform mindset into program execution • Identify technical, operational, and organizational risks and drive mitigation strategies • Provide concise, data-driven reporting to senior leadership • Convert strategic priorities into executable roadmaps • Align technology delivery with financial plans, workforce strategy, and enterprise priorities • Support continuous planning and prioritization • Drive alignment across multiple teams, functions, and geographies • Lead forums that enable decision-making and accountability • Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in Technical Program Management, Engineering, or Infrastructure Delivery • Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure or platform programs in financial services or similarly complex environments • Track record delivering across public and hybrid cloud, data center infrastructure, network and connectivity, and platform engineering or distributed systems • Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture and distributed systems • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP and modern infrastructure patterns • Ability to engage credibly in technical discussions with engineering teams • Demonstrated ability to manage complex interdependencies across large organizations • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity • Experience building or transforming program management practices • Executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders • Ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights • Strong judgment and decision-making capability
