📋 Description

• Administer users in line with the Access Policy • Raise and detail change requests for complex features and implementations • Understand and implement best practices • Escalate issues to systems vendor support when required • Assist with system development and testing • Provide responsive technical support for business-system issues • Become an expert on business systems and provide “how do I…” support to users • Lead testing and verification of new releases before bringing them into production • Manage environments • Complete system validation in line with federal requirements • Support and enhance ERP, HRIS and expense-management systems • Make configuration changes while adhering to change-control processes • Engage stakeholders and support business-process and user-experience improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience required • Strong understanding of ERP systems and governance, including policies, procedures and change management • Experience of Process Manufacturing • Commercial experience administering ERP and commercial systems, ideally IFS and/or UKG • Knowledge of technical features of IFS and/or UKG • Knowledge of ERP, HRIS and Expense systems • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Power BI • ERP systems, commercial systems, HR systems, MS Power Automate, MS Power BI and Excel • SQL queries • Experience in vendor management • Understanding of accounting processes, including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay • Computer literacy • Excellent written and communication skills • Ability to demonstrate continuous learning • Ability to communicate at all levels • Problem solving and continuous improvement • Team player and self-starter • Flexible, forward-thinking and adaptable to change
