📋 Description

• Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain activities related to clinical trials, clinical dose ordering, and radiopharmaceutical distribution • Establish and maintain relationships with clinical sites, CMOs, and third-party logistics providers • Ensure timely and accurate placement and delivery of clinical supply orders • Identify lane mapping for clinical study sites in new regions • Organize clinical mock shipments to new regions as required • Review and analyze clinical dose orders and statuses, documenting dose impact notes as needed • Coordinate investigational product labeling, packaging, and distribution activities • Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and standards • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans • Develop program models and contribute to study specifications for complex studies • Provide investigational medicinal product management for highly complex studies • Create product- and study-specific IMP Handling Manuals with Clinical Operations • Track and analyze supply chain metrics and provide reports and process-improvement and cost-optimization recommendations • Monitor industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into supply chain strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, supply chain, or related field, or 8+ years of radiopharma experience • Inventory management, packaging, labeling, and distribution experience in pharmaceuticals or a highly regulated industry is a plus • Experience coordinating investigational product labeling with CMOs • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards governing clinical supply chain operations • Ability to identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans • Ability to track and analyze supply chain metrics and performance indicators • Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in clinical supply chain management • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
