📋 Description

• Partner with the FP&A Engineer to design and ship next-generation planning, forecasting, and reporting infrastructure • Build and extend AI agents using internal agent frameworks, control plane, and agent-to-agent tooling to replace manual FP&A workflows • Help shape automation architecture, human-judgment requirements, and model guardrails • Build driver-based models covering revenue, gross profit, headcount, operating expenses, and cash • Lead scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ROI analysis for investments, pricing, hiring, and commercial decisions • Own and continuously improve forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning • Convert messy, incomplete, or contradictory data into actionable insight on business drivers • Translate complex analysis into executive-ready recommendations • Respond to urgent modeling questions and provide structured analysis for leadership decisions • Partner with Accounting, BI, and business leaders to ensure models reflect business operations

🎯 Requirements

• Real, hands-on experience building or working with AI agents; this is a requirement • Comfort with leading model providers and agent frameworks, or demonstrated ability to learn new tools in this space quickly • Builder's instinct and willingness to use technology to solve finance problems beyond Excel • Working knowledge of automation, APIs, SQL, Python, or similar • Ability to partner with an engineer as an equal • Experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or similar • Strong financial modeling skills • Ability to build analysis from loosely defined business questions • Sharp judgment about when precision or speed matters more • Strong, confident communication skills, including presenting complex models to senior leadership • Solid understanding of financial statements and how operational decisions affect financial results
