📋 Description

• Manage complex, multi-disciplined CRM consulting projects, including tactical, program, and strategy engagements • Lead Business Analysts and client staff through engagements and requirements elaboration • Manage a team of at least four Business Analysts • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and support project deliverables • Lead strategy engagements and customer decision-making • Develop user stories with acceptance criteria, business process flows, logical data models, and context diagrams • Lead process re-engineering, personified demo stories, persona definitions, journey maps, and experience maps • Lead decision tables and data-field mapping for integrations and data migration • Review and challenge solution designs and co-present solutions alongside Solution Architects • Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce and integration tools • Prepare implementation roadmaps and support organization strategy discussions • Provide cross-discipline leadership throughout the software development lifecycle • Support on-time, high-quality software delivery across analysis, design, development, and quality assurance • Identify scope-creep risks and recommend business-process-focused solutions • Assist with project planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates • Participate in implementation planning, including project, issue, communication, and change management • Establish trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders through vision and product roadmapping • Collaborate with customers, internal technology and product teams, engineering teams, and remote developers • Lead, manage, coordinate, mentor, and support teams and client escalations

🎯 Requirements

• Business Analyst experience across multiple industries with a proven ability to deliver strategic and tactical business objectives • 7+ years of external consulting experience • 3+ years of CRM consulting experience • Hands-on experience with one or more CRM products, such as Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite • Experience implementing small, medium, and enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions • Experience delivering waterfall, agile, and hybrid projects • Experience with business process mapping methodologies • Experience leading conversations with large customer groups of 5–30 people • Demonstrated leadership with direct responsibility for project deliverables • History of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce solutions and estimates • Ability to lead small and enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, mentor junior team members, and support client escalations • Ability to manage and communicate with remote developers during non-traditional business hours • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and under pressure • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels • Multiple Salesforce.com certifications, such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, or Platform Developer I • Familiarity with technical issues and ability to work constructively with engineering teams • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively • Experience working in small collaborative teams • Demonstrated people leadership, teamwork, client focus, accountability, innovation, creativity, and problem-solving • Ability to develop client strategies or roadmaps for onboarding or digital transformation anchored in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Automotive use cases • Strong commitment to service, integrity, resilience, empathy, and team development
