📋 Description

• Lead business development activities across the full sales cycle with prospective and existing clients and partners • Drive new business through direct sales, RFP participation, and expansion within existing accounts • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, brokers, and benefits consultants • Present at conferences, client events, and finalist presentations • Refine territory strategy aligned with broader organizational goals • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to assess performance and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales/business development experience • Proven track record of success in complex, multinational sales environments with multiple stakeholders • Experience in employer benefits or related sectors (EAP, HR consulting, mental health solutions) • Strong understanding of broker/consultant dynamics and indirect sales channels • Proven consultative selling and presentation skills • Ability to manage the sales cycle autonomously from end-to-end • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for growth and results • High degree of professionalism, organizational savvy, and business acumen • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills • Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory (Central to Western US focus)
