📋 Description

• Build and run the software, commerce, cloud, IT, and security platform • Turn the roadmap into shipped product • Lead Engineering through the Lead Full Stack Engineer and Infrastructure and Security through the Senior Manager • Own platform uptime, release velocity, security posture, and platform cost • Ship experiences briefed by Digital Experience and launches prepared by Product • Set engineering standards and maintain quality and reliability as velocity rises • Grow the engineering bench toward a manager layer, QA and automation, and DevOps • Partner with BI on instrumentation and Finance on platform spend • Develop the two sub-organization leaders and the engineers under them • Set platform OKRs and run engineering reviews based on uptime, velocity, and cost

🎯 Requirements

• Led engineering and infrastructure for a commerce or consumer platform • Owned uptime, release velocity, and security posture • Shipped product against a roadmap and a brief • Managed cloud and platform cost • Healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated platform experience (nice-to-have) • Scaled an engineering org past a founding lead (nice-to-have)
