📋 Description

• Conduct Phase I ESAs, including site reconnaissance, records review, and report preparation • Ensure technically accurate reports and timely project delivery • Collaborate with team members to complete Phase I ESA reports and meet client schedules and delivery expectations • Manage and coordinate projects as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams • Adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and standards, including participation in pre-task planning meetings • Provide technical environmental expertise and recommendations regarding environmental conditions and regulatory considerations • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations, industry standards, and company quality requirements • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project planning and execution • Prepare and present project findings to clients in a clear and professional manner • Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and related communications • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication, high-quality deliverables, and exceptional service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field and 0-3 years of related experience • Knowledge of Phase I ESA processes and report writing • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting • Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to complex environmental issues • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits as required • Professional certifications or additional qualifications in environmental science are preferred
