📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of small to medium-sized facilities, materials, environmental, or geotechnical engineering projects • Define project scope, schedule, and budget with the client or NAM • Design, communicate, and implement project plans • Lead safety efforts, prepare safety plans, and ensure compliance • Resolve operational problems and minimize delays • Identify and gather project resources, including calculations, designs, reports, specifications, schedules, budgets, forecasts, materials, equipment, staff, and contractors • Partner with other departments or offices to secure specialized resources • Conduct meetings and prepare project status reports • Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet targets and milestones • Coordinate with APR for oversight and reviews at critical junctures • Coordinate with accounting on financial management, invoicing, and collections • Monitor project-related risks and follow company risk policies • Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement • Engage APRs at project onset

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline practiced by the Firm, including Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology, and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience • Alternatively, a minimum of 9 years’ related experience in lieu of a degree • A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required • Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), or similar relevant professional registration/certification
