📋 Description

• Own complex full stack features from architecture and data design through deployment and production support. • Build across Angular, TypeScript/Express, PostgreSQL, and external platform integrations. • Make technical decisions involving APIs, identity, permissions, security, reliability, and data architecture. • Partner directly with product leadership to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions. • Establish engineering standards, review designs and code, and mentor other engineers. • Identify technical risks, improve platform architecture, and balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of production full stack applications. • Strong experience with TypeScript, Angular, Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL, and RESTful API design. • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex features and make sound architectural decisions. • Experience with authentication, authorization, secure application design, testing, and production troubleshooting. • Ability to operate effectively with incomplete requirements and limited day-to-day direction. • Experience mentoring engineers and improving team development practices. • Active use of AI-assisted development tools in a disciplined engineering workflow. • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
