📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the P2P stack • Expand Tether’s ecosystem, including over 1,500 public npm modules and a robust, modular codebase • Build products and solutions contributing to Tether’s global digital finance, blockchain, peer-to-peer technology, and data-sharing ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Node.js development with production-scale applications • Strong competency in writing modular, maintainable code • Experience creating and managing reusable npm modules • Solid skillset in testing & debugging • Deep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems • Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team • Good communication skills • Preferred: Experience with native Node.js extensions (C/C++), or binding JS to lower-level code • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to optimize network protocols or systems, including latency and throughput • Preferred: Familiarity with advanced networking concepts • Preferred: Past contributions to OSS projects, especially in P2P or decentralized tech
