📋 Description

• Analyze student performance data and create clean, actionable academic reports • Own academic outcomes for an assigned group of students, including placement decisions, testing decisions, and follow-up actions • Run rapid academic rescue sessions to diagnose and resolve student blockers • Conduct post-test coaching sessions to distinguish knowledge gaps from careless mistakes and assign targeted next steps • Coach students directly, build trust, give honest feedback, maintain standards, and support progress • Partner with academic leaders and parent support by escalating risks, identifying data patterns, and improving tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year in a coaching, instructional, or training role with a documented outcome or clear feedback on your impact • At least one year of real, hands-on work with 3rd-12th grade students; occasional tutoring does not qualify • Real experience in data science, education, EdTech, or student support work that combined analysis and direct interpersonal work • Fluent with Google Sheets lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charts • Fluent written and spoken English • High emotional intelligence; ability to build trust with students and parents and hold difficult conversations • Experience using AI tools to analyze data or automate workflows with measurable efficiency gains • Ownership and accountability for outcomes • Fully remote, open globally • Reliable internet and a quiet space for video sessions • Availability during standard U.S. business hours, Central Time
