📋 Description

• Analyze student performance data and create actionable academic reports • Own academic outcomes for an assigned group of students, including placement and testing decisions and follow-up actions • Run rapid academic rescue sessions to diagnose and resolve student blockers • Conduct post-test coaching sessions to identify knowledge gaps and careless mistakes and assign next steps • Coach students directly through trust-building, honest feedback, and high standards • Partner with academic leaders and parent support by escalating risks, identifying data patterns, and improving tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year in a coaching, instructional, or training role with a documented outcome or clear feedback on your impact • At least one year of real, hands-on work with K-8 students; occasional tutoring does not qualify • Real experience in data science, education, EdTech, or student support work combining analysis and direct interpersonal work • Fluent with Google Sheets lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charts • Fluent written and spoken English • High emotional intelligence; ability to build trust and hold difficult conversations • Experience using AI tools to analyze data or automate workflows with measurable efficiency gains • Ownership and accountability for outcomes • Fully remote, open globally; reliable internet and a quiet space for video sessions • Availability during standard U.S. business hours, Central Time • Bonus: experience with Wyzant, Preply, or similar tutoring platforms • Bonus: EdTech or data analyst background • Bonus: teaching background, teaching certificate, or comparable formal instructional training
